Thorsten Brogt

Committee Member

Thorsten Brogt has more than 19 years of experience in private equity and real estate funds. He is a member of the management board of Engels & Völkers Investment Consulting GmbH with a focus on distressed debt and real estate opportunity funds. Before joining Engel & Völkers, he was Director of Portfolio Management at Hudson Advisors Germany GmbH, responsible for Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. After a successful banking apprenticeship and studies of business administration, Brogt started his career in several functions at Commerzbank AG, among others as authorized signatory and Investment Manager at Commerz Beteiligungsgesellschaft (Investment Company) mbH.

Torsten Grüber

Torsten Grüber is Managing Partner / Managing Director of the A4RES Group GmbH in Bautzen. He has been working in the field of real estate utilization and real estate financing on behalf of creditor banks for 20 years. Grüber completed a study to the Master of Science Real Estate with Eipos at the Dresden University of Technology (TU). In 2007 he became a member of the Advisory Board East for the Deutsche Bank. He is also a Fellow of the Royal lnstitution of Chartered Surveyors.

Holger Rampe

Committee Member

Holger Rampe (Diplom-Betriebswirt) joined the GFKL Group in 1998 as executive board spokesman and subsequently took over as head of the Controlling & Risk Management Department. Since 2003, he has served as Managing Director of several operative group companies. In his function as a board member, he is responsible for the Debt Purchase pricing department (portfolio purchase) of the entire GFKL Lowell Group in Germany and Great Britain. In addition, Holger Rampe is responsible for portfolio management and data analytics for the 3PC (Third Party Collections) and DP (Debt Purchase) business in Germany.

Andreas Stüttgen

Committee Member

Andreas Stüttgen works at Situs in the areas of underwriting of loan portfolios, work out, real estate valuations and sales consulting for both real estate and real estate loans. He has more than 15 years of experience in banking, finance and real estate. Prior to Situs, he was Director Distressed Assets at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, responsible for Germany, Austria and Scandinavia with a portfolio valued at almost 800 million euros. Stüttgen carried out purchase reviews for mortgage-backed portfolios with a value of 1.3 billion euros. Prior to that, he was an asset manager at SGK, a joint venture of two German Landesbanken and a Japanese bank, and at Hudson Advisors, service provider of the Lone Star Funds. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Wuppertal as well as a degree in real estate economics (VWA).

Dr. Clifford Tjiok

Dr. Clifford Tjiok is Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of the LOANCOS Group and is responsible for Sales, Strategy and Financing. Over the last 24 years he has held several senior business and risk positions, most recently as Chief Credit Officer at Talanx Asset Management, where he was responsible for one billion euros of direct infrastructure investments, including teams and processes, being also Chairman of the Transaction Committee. Prior to that, Tjiok was Managing Director of EquityGate Advisors in Wiesbaden and responsible for Loan Markets (Corporate & Real Estate) at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). Further stations were at Citibank in London, Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London and in the environment of IBM.
