Flagship conference
NPL Germany 2026
NPL Germany, organised by SmithNovak — the London-based specialist in NPL and credit-servicing events — with BKS as partner, is the leading international conference for buyers and sellers in the German distressed market. The 2026 edition brings buyers and sellers together at the Marriott & Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. The conference draws senior professionals from across Europe: portfolio investors, servicers, banks, advisers, and regulators. Sessions cover market data, regulatory developments, transaction trends, and deal-flow strategy.

German-language events
Most of the Alliance calendar serves the German-speaking market. Programme and registration for these events are conducted in German.
NPL Forum
The largest annual gathering of the German NPL market, held by the Frankfurt School Forum in close cooperation with BKS — bringing together several hundred professionals from banks, investors, and servicers active in Germany and the DACH region. International participants are welcome; working proficiency in German is required to follow the content.

Management Day
A focused half-day event for senior executives and decision-makers in the NPL and credit-servicing sector. The format emphasises strategic exchange and peer discussion in a smaller setting. Programme and registration are in German.

Roundtable
Closed working sessions for member companies — bringing together practitioners to discuss regulatory proposals, market standards, and sector positions. Attendance is reserved for members, advisory board members, and invited guests. Outputs feed into the Alliance’s advocacy and policy work at national and European level.
